Heavy oil extraction
The HPW series hydraulic driven water pumps, especially the hydraulic rodless oil recovery pump technology, have been applied in oil fields, especially in major heavy oil development areas such as the Liaohe Oilfield. This technology can effectively address the difficulties in heavy oil extraction, such as high flow resistance caused by high viscosity and reduced pump efficiency. The hydraulic rodless oil extraction pump drives the oil extraction pump by placing the hydraulic system in crude oil and using hydraulic means. At the same time, the power hydraulic oil exchanges heat with the crude oil in the system, achieving viscosity reduction of crude oil and improving oil recovery efficiency.
